Cathy Dyer, Integrative Family Nutrition Coach

hey, I'm Cathy

I'm a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach. I'm a former chemist who loves eating, cooking, and baking. I'm also the mom of three grown kiddos and made thousands of meals for them while working full-time, coaching soccer, and running my kids back and forth to various activities. Mostly it was fun, at times it was a grind, but it was always worth the effort.

I went back to college mid-life to begin a career in nutrition to help others embrace the joy of confidently feeding themselves and their families nutritious meals they look forward to sharing.

Childhood and adolescent nutrition is my passion. Empowering parents is my purpose.

But hey, it's not all about nutrition! Feeding yourself and your family nourishing meals does require some knowledge of nutrition. It also requires some knowledge of childhood development and feeding skills, and some kitchen / shopping / organization skills. But what it really requires is your dedication to giving your child the best chance he or she has to live a healthy and happy life - and you have that!
