FAMILY NUTRITION REBOOT

3 Month Coaching Package

Family Dinner

Cut through the noise, skip the fads, ignore the food hysteria in the media, and dismiss the conflicting information found on the internet

Nourish and nurture your family with confidence, while teaching your child healthy habits that last a lifetime.

Cherish the moments shared and memories made with your child preparing and sharing family meals.

Family meals can be enjoyable and nutritious. Even simple, easy to prepare meals can be a delight to share, filling, and healthy.

If you are dealing with a picky eater, an overeater, an unhealthy eater, disruption and chaos at the dinner table, weight issues or other medical nutrition concerns, I can teach you skills and strategies you can use to immediately begin improving your situation.

If you aren't confident in your ability to provide nourishing and nurturing meals, don't know what to buy or how to cook, and are confused by all the conflicting information on the internet, I can help you figure it all out.

Step-by-step you can gain the knowledge and skills required to consistently put good meals on the table and raise a healthy child.

I'm here to help you.

Childhood and adolescent nutrition is my passion. Empowering parents is my purpose.

Your coaching package will be customized to your specific needs and areas you choose to focus on. I will assist you by helping you navigate nutrition and health information, weeding out what doesn't make sense and helping you to focus on evidence-based scientifically sound information you can leverage to achieve your vision of health for yourself and those you love.
